In this view, suffering is not an inevitable part of existence, suffering becomes a option and that option would happen due to boredom possibly, as result a person might give up paranormal powers like becoming superman and live like a normal person to be more greatful the creation of god in the simplicity eventually, not much different than a billionare that tried most amazing things and now get humbled and lives a simple life, so the logical structure of such a world would allow for an individual to continually grow, learn, and experience without the emotional bias that religious systems often attribute to god’s will. The result of this?, shows it aligns with the idea of religious god where it doesn’t make a perfect world that humans act like robots and obey god deterministically without free will, it still align with spiritual teachings and is more logical result, god remains still neutral and absolutely just here. As for intelligent, it makes no sense a god to exist beyond intelligent, because without intelligent you cant make decision making to begin with.
