A Unified Cosmological Framework based on Pressure Driven Gravity
This paper proposes a unified cosmological framework grounded in pressure driven gravity, in which gravitational effects arise from pressure gradients within a compressible, superfluid-like quantum vacuum. By modelling the vacuum as a Bose-Einstein–like condensate of axion-like particles, the framework provides a testable mechanism for the emergence of cosmic structure, cosmic expansion and apparent dark energy like behaviour without invoking exotic new fields or a cosmological constant. The theory offers a hydrodynamic reinterpretation of the gravitational interaction, supported by analogies to superfluid helium vortex dynamics and laboratory Bose-Einstein condensate phonon dispersion. In addition to developing the mathematical and relativistic formalism, this work presents experimental and observational tests, including gravitational wave dispersion and laboratory analogues, that could validate or falsify the pressure-driven paradigm. This approach aims to unify structure formation, cosmic acceleration, and quantum vacuum effects in a coherent, falsifiable and conceptually simpler gravitational theory.
