Automated Phenotype-Genotype Integration and Predictive Modeling for Rare Disease Diagnosis in Biobank Data (APPG-PDM)

**Abstract:** This paper introduces Automated Phenotype-Genotype Integration and Predictive Modeling (APPG-PDM), a novel framework leveraging multi-modal data ingestion, semantic analysis, and advanced machine learning to accelerate rare disease diagnosis within large biobank datasets. Traditional diagnostic workflows rely on manual review by specialists, a process severely bottlenecked by the sheer volume of data and the rarity of these conditions. APPG-PDM automates this process, utilizing a layered system of algorithms to extract, normalize, and intelligently integrate phenotype and genotype data to generate personalized diagnostic predictions. This framework promises to significantly reduce diagnostic delays, improve patient outcomes, and unlock valuable insights into the underlying mechanisms of rare diseases, offering immediate commercialization potential within the clinical diagnostics and pharmaceutical research sectors. --- *This document is a part of the Freederia Research Archive.
