Responsabilidad estatal en los feminicidios: caso de la Alerta de Violencia de Género

The article presents the results of a case study carried out on the Dec-laration of Alert of Gender Violence against Women for the State of Zacate-cas, based on a review of the formula-tion and implementation of this public intervention strategy, in its historical and local context. The study aims to assess and characterize the actions of the state entity against femicides, first at the level of the current social system —patriar-chal and capitalist—, and then we intend to decipher its commitment and high-light its omissions within the framework of the specificities of the territory of Zacatecas.Keywords: femicide, Gender Violence Alert, public policy.<br>
