Method for Collective Work in a Two-Dimensional Dynamic Network: Description and Moderator’s Guide
This guide describes the method we developed for conflict-free collective work of large groups within a two-dimensional dynamic network (using the example of 15–35 participants interacting in a peer-to-peer format). The method is the result of integrating task decomposition, brainstorming, and the cross-group method into a unified whole to enable the development, discussion, harmonization, and adoption of collective decisions. The guide contains detailed instructions for moderators and participants, a step-by-step algorithm, and a sample personal protocol. After several cycles of use, the method allows participants to work independently – without a moderator. It can be applied in political, civic, and business organizations to address a wide range of complex issues and tasks.
