Russia delenda est, or Demilitarisation, Depropagandisation, Deescalisation: how we see this?

In the article, in conversation with ChatGPT, we address the issue of the interpretation of the Latin saying Russia delenda est. Here we propose to view it not only in the context of Russia's demilitarization, as we suggested above, but by adding two more concepts, namely depropagandization and deescalization. If the concept of depropagandization is intuitively easy to understand, and it should be understood that way, then deescalization would mean an attempt to address Russia's inability to admit its mistakes and turn away from the destructive path that leads it towards destruction.
