The Evolution of Enterprises' Intellectual Resources in the Context of Digital Transformation of Their Business Models
The monograph examines the role of ordering and entropy processes in the evolution of human resources, demonstrating patterns characteristic of biological and social systems. Particular attention is paid to the study of the theoretical and conceptual foundations of digital transformation and hybrid intellectual capital, which combines human and artificial resources to ensure sustainable development and increase the competitiveness of organizations. Based on the analysis of dynamic nonequilibrium systems, it is shown that the evolution of human resources is a process of local entropy reduction, in which self-organization and knowledge accumulation contribute to adaptation to new conditions. Particular attention is paid to the integration of artificial intelligence and automation, which form new forms of interaction between people and machines, enhancing the cognitive capabilities of companies. The cultural, social and organizational aspects associated with the implementation of AI are considered, as well as the need to develop a new management strategy aimed at eliminating the competency deficit and adapting HR processes to the requirements of hybrid intellectual capital. The concept of corporate technological responsibility is analyzed, which emphasizes the importance of ethical standards and transparency in the context of digital transformation. The monograph examines digital transformation as a step in the evolution of business models, where streamlining and reducing entropy lead to the creation of more flexible and adaptive structures. The integration of AI, digital twins and cloud technologies allows to increase operational efficiency, reduce transaction costs and ensure business sustainability in the context of increasing complexity. The author considers digital transformation not only as a technological change, but also as a strategic process in which innovations are closely intertwined with changes in organizational structures and human capital management to create long-term competitive advantages. This monograph is intended for researchers, teachers and students studying issues of digital transformation, human resource management and the introduction of technologies into modern business models. It will be useful for business leaders interested in the sustainable development of organizations and the effective integration of artificial intelligence and automation into management and production processes. The monograph is also addressed to politicians and experts working on the development of standards and strategies for managing the impact of digital technologies on the labor market and society, including issues of corporate technological responsibility and overcoming the skills deficit in the digital economy.
