Enhanced Single-Photon Source Calibration via Bayesian Optimization and Adaptive Waveguide Resonator Control
**Abstract:** Current single-photon source (SPS) calibration protocols are often time-consuming, manual processes subject to human bias and limited by the precision of available instrumentation. This paper introduces a novel automated calibration framework integrating Bayesian optimization with dynamically configurable waveguide resonators to achieve a 10x improvement in on-chip emission rate stability and a reduction of 50% in overall calibration time. The system leverages real-time spectral analysis, feedback control, and a meta-evaluation loop to ensure high-fidelity SPS operation across varying environmental conditions, establishing a crucial step toward scalable photonic quantum computing and communication networks.
