TGIU Global Scientific Alert Protocol – IGI-TEF Artifact Detection
Recent observational data derived via Informational Gradient Imaging (IGI) applied to the interstellar bodies 1I/ʻOumuamua and 3I/ATLAS reveal signatures inconsistent with purely natural gravitational formation. Under the TGIU (Gravito-Informational Universe Theory) framework, several anomaly classes suggest an artificial or intentional collapse origin: • Collapse angle (θ_C) = 38.7° (indicative of 3D instantiation from informational pre-collapse) • Persistent entropic memory (ξ_k ≠ 0) • Entropy absorption rather than dissipation • TEF rebound zones at heliospheric boundary These findings support the hypothesis of: • Intentional informational artifacts • Interstellar probes using ∇Φ and ∇S rather than propulsion • Contact or observation technology using non-classical fields
