TEZ TIBBIY YORDAM QO'NG'IROQLARINI INTELLEKTUAL AVTOMATLASHTIRISH: SAMARADORLIK TAHLILI VA IQTISODIY-IJTIMOIY TA'SIRI

This article explores the possibilities of automating the call processing system in Uzbekistan's emergency medical services using artificial intelligence technologies. The current system suffers from human-related errors—such as misclassification, incorrect data entry, and delays—which negatively affect the quality of medical services and can endanger patients' lives. The proposed automated approach leverages advanced technologies such as Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Machine Learning (ML). A case study from Brazil’s Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência system demonstrates that these technologies can classify emergency calls with an accuracy of 73.9%. The article emphasizes the importance of gradually implementing this experience in Uzbekistan to improve resource efficiency, reduce operational costs, and increase the responsiveness of emergency medical services. According to the research findings, AI-based call processing systems serve as a strategic solution for digitizing the healthcare system and protecting public health.
