The Frequency Theorem 2.3 Empirically Confirmed: The Cosmic Microwave Background as One of Many Structural Zone Frequencies (Theory of the Local Relative Expansion Unit)
The Theory of the Local-Relative Expansion Unit (LRAE) does not interpret the cosmic microwave background as a universal relic, but as the expression of structurally differentiated zone frequencies. With the Frequency Theorem 2.2, an empirical foundation was first established: the analysis of Planck data revealed ten distinct frequency zones with clearly distinguishable signatures. This confirmed the basic assumption of the LRAE: the cosmic microwave background is not universal, but the signature of one zone among many. The present Version 2.3 goes further: it contains the correction of a categorical misstatement from 2.2 and unfolds the complete ontological order. Frequency appears not as a condition but as the emergent result of the cycle $NL$–$L$–$T$. Relativity is interpreted as a surface phenomenon, while zoning reveals the structural depth. Thus, Version 2.3 marks the conclusion of the first developmental phase of the LRAE as a consistent theory — empirically grounded, structurally compatible, and ontologically clarified.
