Synthesis of Some 7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]Pyrimidin-4-Amine Compounds Derived From Fluorobenzaldehyde Using Ultrasonic Waves

Intermediates were utilized to synthesize 7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-amine (PPA) derivativessubstituted with benzaldehydes. Elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance, and ultraviolet spectral data were employed to confirm the structures of these compounds. In vitro testingwas conducted on all newly synthesized compounds to evaluate their cytotoxicity against Artemia salina. Each distinct molecule was assessed for its potential to inhibit microbial growth in living organisms.Several compounds demonstrated promising antibacterial activity when compared to streptomycin andfluconazole. This study focuses on the antibacterial properties and structure-activity relationships of thesecompounds.
