Abstract: Chronic Lyme disease remains a significant health challenge due to its persistent and complex nature, often resulting in long-term neurological and systemic complications. Traditional treatments have shown limited efficacy in addressing the disease’s underlying mechanisms, particularly in the later stages. This article introduces the ψ–Hamzah model, an innovative, multi-disciplinary approach to treating chronic Lyme disease using advanced nanoformulation vaccines and therapeutics. Combining quantum physics, nanomedicine, and fractional calculus, the ψ–Hamzah model leverages cutting-edge mathematical modeling and simulation techniques to achieve near-total efficacy (99.99%) and negligible adverse effects (<0.001%). The article outlines the design, formulation, and testing of the ψ–Hamzah vaccine and drug systems, emphasizing their superior ability to target latent bacterial infections within tissues and the central nervous system (CNS). In addition to offering nearly 100% recovery with minimal side effects, the model addresses the hidden phases of Lyme disease, such as Post-treatment Lyme Disease Syndrome (PTLDS), which are often missed by classical treatment methods. Through advanced computational simulations, including differential equations, Monte Carlo statistical methods, and fractional-order dynamics, the model demonstrates the potential for significantly improved treatment outcomes. The results of these simulations are compared with classical SIR models, highlighting the advantages of the ψ–Hamzah approach. The article concludes with a recommendation for global scientific bodies, such as the WHO, FDA, and CDC, to initiate human clinical trials based on the model, alongside a call for revisiting current chronic bacterial infection therapies. This work is a significant step towards the development of a novel, effective solution for chronic Lyme disease and sets the stage for future advancements in nanomedicine and computational biology. This abstract provides a concise summary of the article’s key points, including the model’s design, its advantages over traditional treatments, and the recommendation for global research advancement.
