D6.1 M6 Draft - Dissemination, communication and exploitation planning, performed activities and generated assets

This draft version of Deliverable D6.1, titled “Dissemination, communication and exploitation planning, performed activities and generated assets, 1”, outlines the initial implementation of the NEVERFLAT project's communication and dissemination (C&D) strategy, exploitation roadmap, and related activities during the first six months of the project. The document includes a detailed and agile master plan for communication and dissemination, developed in Month 3 and continuously refined. It describes the produced assets such as the project logo, website, social media presence, and initial promotional materials. This deliverable also captures the early outreach and engagement actions performed by all partners, as coordinated through the Dissemination and Exploitation Manager's (DEM) tracking tool. The draft provides an overview of the stakeholders targeted (including industry, public authorities, research communities, and the general public), the channels and tools selected for each group, and the initial content dissemination across platforms. Furthermore, it sets the foundation for the exploitation strategy by identifying preliminary results, value propositions, and target markets. The report is part of Work Package 6 (WP6), led by EDENTIFY Foundation.
