Opamata Dworakowska 1971

Genus Opamata Dworakowska, 1971 Opamata Dworakowska, 1971: 652. Type species. Opamata kwietniowa Dworakowska, 1971 Type locality. Vietnam. Diagnosis. Body small, cylindrical, slender (Figs 1, 5, 9, 13). Dorsal coloration yellowish-brown, crown with one or two pairs of symmetrical blackish patches (Figs 3, 7, 11, 15). Length of crown slightly less than interocular width and length of pronotum. Width of head more or less equal to that of pronotum. Coronal suture well developed, nearly reaching anterior margin of crown. Forewing with apical cell 1 as large as 4, cell 2 largest, cell 3 subtriangular with distinct stalk basally. Hind wing veins RP and MA confluent near apex. Male 2S abdominal apodemes usually broad and divergent. Anal tube developed, without appendage. Pygofer side with few macrosetae along ventral margin and microsetae on apical margin (Figs 17, 24, 30, 36). Subgenital plate with apex not lobed, apex very dark, with single large macroseta at base and differentiated row of very short, thick microsetae and pegs on lateral margin (Figs 19, 26, 33, 39). Style elongated, outer margin with row of microsetae and sensory pits (Figs 20, 27, 32, 38). Connective lamellate, longer than wide, convex, lateral margin heavily sclerotized (Figs 20, 27, 32, 38). Aedeagus with asymmetrical distal appendages, dorsoatrium developed and preatrium weakly developed (Figs 21–23, 28, 29, 34, 35, 40, 41). Distribution. China, Myanmar, Thailand, Vietnam.
