Abstract The advancement of medical technology has driven the need for novel approaches in high-risk surgical procedures, particularly in complex conditions such as Stage IV metastatic pancreatic cancer. This paper presents the development and implementation of the ψ–Hamzah model, a groundbreaking framework for surgical intervention, integrating quantum control, nanotechnology, and bioengineering for enhanced precision in treatment. The model offers a unique hybrid of neurobio-quantum control (ψ–Field) and nanorobotic-assisted surgery for tumor removal, coupled with real-time feedback systems. The ψ–Hamzah model significantly overcomes the limitations of classical ODE/PDE models by incorporating neurobiological feedback loops, improving both the prediction of tumor boundaries and the success rate of the surgery. Utilizing a highly sophisticated quantum-based ψ-Field, the system dynamically monitors and adjusts the treatment process in response to tumor changes and the surrounding biological environment. Additionally, the integration of nanorobots allows for precise targeting of cancerous cells, releasing therapeutic agents directly at the tumor site, enhancing the overall efficacy of the surgery. This work encompasses a comprehensive multi-step simulation, incorporating patient biometrics, tumor dynamics, nanorobot interaction, and ψ-Field feedback to predict surgical outcomes. The simulation demonstrates that ψ–Hamzah achieves a remarkable success rate of over 99.99%, far surpassing traditional treatments that have success rates below 5% in metastatic cases. The application of this model was validated through rigorous testing and is poised to revolutionize precision surgery, particularly for cancers with high mortality rates, such as pancreatic cancer. Furthermore, the paper explores future directions, including the adaptation of the model for other resistant cancers, like glioblastomas, and the integration of real-time artificial intelligence decision-making in clinical settings. The model represents a paradigm shift in the field of medical robotics and tumor treatment, offering a promising pathway for more effective, less invasive cancer treatments, and significantly improving patient outcomes in complex surgical procedures.
