Abstract This study investigated the role of school manager on quality assurance of education in Somalia, with the objective of To identify the relation between school manager and quality assurance and explain the importance of quality assurance in education such programmes, To describe how the school managers contribute to the development and implementation of quality assurance policies in educational institutions in Somalia, To identify factors influence quality assurance in education in the country. The study was conducted through case study design, using questionnaire as instrument of the study to collect data from 213 respondents selected from the target of 455 populations. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics through SPSS data analysis software and presented in tables and charts with conceptual interpretation. The study found that school manager has a positive role on quality assurance of education goals in Somalia. Finally the study suggested that. The study concludes that All in all the viewpoints of respondents guests were positive feedback and good moral the respondents were expressed the role of school manager on quality assurance of education goals in Somalia and improvement through implementation of predetermined national goals of education in Somalia, The study recommended that To identify impact of unqualified school managers on quality of education in Somalia.To describe obstacles of reaching excellence education and development of educational goals in Somalia. To investigate impact of private education on quality assurance of education, finally the influence of unqualified teachers on quality of education.
