APPLICATION OF MOTION DESIGN IN TECHNICAL VISUALIZATION FOR WEB PLATFORMS
In the evolving landscape of digital interface design, motion design has emerged as a powerful tool for enhancing the effectiveness of technical visualization on web platforms. This theoretical article examines the functional role of motion design in representing system logic, process flow, and state transitions in digital environments where static visuals fall short. The study synthesizes recent developments in web-based visualization frameworks and evaluates how motion-based elements – such as transitions, animated overlays, and feedback cues – contribute to improved user comprehension, orientation, and task efficiency. Special emphasis is placed on the alignment of motion design with semantic content structures, real-time feedback mechanisms, and modular interface architectures. The article also systematizes key motion techniques, explores their integration into design systems through standardized tokens, and identifies performance, accessibility, and consistency as critical factors in implementation. By highlighting the strategic value of motion design in technical communication, the study provides a conceptual foundation for its targeted application in engineering dashboards, educational platforms, and diagnostic interfaces. The findings support the recognition of motion design as a core layer in modern web visualization, capable of enhancing cognitive clarity, user trust, and interface coherence.
