Information and disinformation in video gaming

This paper aims to identify how player-created in-game information in video games may be used creatively to both inform and misinform other players. Findings from four small scale investigations into players' information behaviour (IB) (Fan, 2023; Meng, 2022; Tang, 2022; Wang, 2023) are presented to identify how textual, visual and auditory information is used within games.
