OASES: Deliverable Repository

This repository contains the complete set of public deliverables from the EU Horizon 2020 research project OASES – Development and Demonstration of a Sustainable Open Access AU-EU Ecosystem for Energy System Modelling. The project developed open tools, datasets, and modelling workflows for energy system planning in Africa, with a particular focus on the detection and analysis of renewable energy infrastructure using remote sensing, machine learning, and open-source software. The deliverables are grouped according to the official work packages and include: Documented open-source codes for detecting solar PV and wind power infrastructure from EO data Publicly available georeferenced datasets for PV and wind High-resolution time series generation methods and data for renewable energy potentials IRENA FlexTool enhancements and workflow integration Case study reports for national energy scenarios A comprehensive Open-Source and Data Strategy Dissemination and stakeholder engagement reports The PDF files and repositories included here correspond to the official project documentation and are intended to support researchers, policymakers, and practitioners in energy modelling and planning across regions. For a structured overview of the available documents and their contents, please refer to the file _Deliverables-Overview.pdf included in this repository.
