Abstract The ψ–Hamzah model represents a groundbreaking approach in the convergence of quantum mechanics, nanoscience, and theories of consciousness. This paper introduces the ψ–Hamzah framework, incorporating high-order fractional derivatives, complex path integrals, and quantum-mental components to provide a comprehensive tool for modeling complex phenomena in the nano and quantum realms. In the first part of the paper, we explore the mathematical formulation of the ψ–Hamzah model, highlighting its non-linear dynamics, fractal structures, and chaotic behaviors. The model is compared against traditional theories, such as Schrödinger’s equation, Dirac’s equation, and BioNEMS models, demonstrating its ability to overcome the limitations of classical equations by modeling quantum-aware systems and chaotic dynamics more effectively. Through detailed numerical simulations and virtual experimentation, we demonstrate the application of the ψ–Hamzah model to various quantum phenomena, including wave dynamics, fractal structures, and stability analysis using Lyapunov exponents. These simulations serve as a means of validating the model's predictions against real-world data, proving its robustness and applicability in quantum and nanotechnological research. Moreover, the integration of mental-quantum components offers a novel perspective on the intersection between consciousness and quantum systems, creating new pathways for interdisciplinary research in fields such as cognitive science and quantum computing. Finally, this paper provides the legal framework and intellectual property statement for the ψ–Hamzah model, establishing it as a novel scientific and technological contribution. The model is poised to transform scientific understanding and applications in quantum theory, nanotechnology, and cognitive sciences, offering a new lens through which to explore complex, self-organizing systems at the nanoscale and beyond.
