Vocal Garden A Biomechanical Paradigm and Ecosystem of Phonation

This publication is the English translation of the original Russian article (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.15864234). This paper presents Vocal Garden, an author-developed system grounded in a biomechanical approach to sound production. The system proposes a new paradigm in which voice is understood as the emergent result of deep bodily motion rather than an isolated “vocal skill.” The framework consists of a theoretical foundation (Vocal Garden Paradigm) and a practical implementation (Vocal Garden Ecosystem). Differences from conventional vocal and somatic training methods are outlined, and directions for further development and research are discussed. The system was created in 2020. Abstract
