Innovative Models of Public-Private Partnership in the Development of Road Transport in Ukraine
The article analyzes innovative models of public-private partnership (PPP) in the development of road transport in Ukraine, which is a factor for modernizing infrastructure and ensuring an efficient transport system. The key problems faced by the Ukrainian automotive industry are identified, in particular, lack of investment, aging fleet, poor infrastructure and low road safety. Attention is focused on the possibilities of using PPPs to attract private capital to the development of transport infrastructure, create new transport services and modernize existing facilities. Ways to solve the problem are identified through improving the regulatory framework, developing incentives for investors, and improving coordination between government agencies and private companies.
