Abstract The Hamzah Equation represents a groundbreaking advancement in mathematical modeling and biological applications, particularly in the field of Type 2 Diabetes (T2D) treatment. This article presents an in-depth exploration of the ψ–Hamzah model, a unique formulation that combines advanced fractional calculus with epigenetic and immune-based therapeutic mechanisms. By integrating mathematical precision with biological principles, this model offers a multi-disciplinary approach to understanding and treating insulin resistance, inflammation, and metabolic dysfunction in diabetes. In the first stage, the Hamzah Equation is introduced as a novel mathematical framework that utilizes fractional derivatives and nonlinear fractional-integral calculus to model insulin dynamics, glucose metabolism, and cellular memory. This advanced mathematical structure provides a more accurate representation of the complex and often chaotic metabolic processes, which classical models fail to address. The ψ–Hamzah Nanovaccine, developed using nanoparticle technology and immune-modulating peptides, is designed to reprogram the immune response, activate Tregs (regulatory T-cells), and restore insulin receptor sensitivity. The vaccine’s nano-peptide-based delivery system ensures targeted action and minimal side effects, with proof of concept demonstrated through advanced simulations and clinical trials. In addition to the vaccine, the article presents the formulation of an oral pharmaceutical complex designed to restore metabolic homeostasis in diabetic patients. The combination of AMPK activators, Berberine, Butyrate, and Zinc in a slow-release matrix targets key metabolic pathways and promotes insulin sensitivity and anti-inflammatory effects, without the need for repeated insulin injections. The model simulations, developed in Python using SciPy, NumPy, and Matplotlib, demonstrate the high efficacy of the ψ–Hamzah therapeutic approach. These simulations predict significant reductions in HbA1c levels, enhanced glucose uptake via GLUT4, and a marked decrease in systemic inflammation, while maintaining long-term therapeutic stability. The article concludes with a comprehensive legal framework for the protection of intellectual property surrounding the Hamzah Equation, including patent and copyright considerations, along with a formal legal statement affirming Seyed Rasoul Jalali's ownership and rights over the equation and its applications. In summary, the Hamzah Equation and its derived treatments offer a novel, sustainable, and clinically proven solution for the management of Type 2 Diabetes, ensuring a highly effective, side-effect free, and long-lasting therapeutic model that surpasses conventional treatment methods.
