IMPROVING THE EFFICIENCY OF EARLY DETECTION AND TREATMENT OF ACUTE COMPARTMENT SYNDROME IN SHIN SPLINTS
This article explores methods for enhancing the early detection and treatment of acute compartment syndrome (ACS) associated with shin splints. It examines clinical, instrumental, and technological approaches that can improve diagnostic accuracy and therapeutic outcomes. Special attention is paid to the integration of non-invasive diagnostic tools, standardized screening protocols, and early surgical interventions. The article argues that a multidisciplinary strategy combining clinical vigilance, imaging technologies, and prompt medical response significantly reduces morbidity and improves prognosis in patients with shin splint-related ACS.
