Experimental Proposals and Standard Model Extensions of the Information Field: Applications of the EIC Model (Part 6)
This paper is part of the Entropy-Induced Collapse (EIC) Model Series (2025). It proposes a novel extension of the EIC model by introducing an information field, denoted as Φ(x,t), which is driven by local entropy gradients and mediates a non-equilibrium fifth force. Unlike previous collapse models such as CSL and GRW, this approach incorporates a higher-dimensional informational field that interacts with Standard Model particles under non-equilibrium conditions, while remaining hidden in equilibrium states. The paper formulates detailed interaction terms between Φ(x,t) and Standard Model fields (Higgs, fermions, gauge fields), derives projected kernels with fractal structures, and proposes concrete experimental setups including MEMS sensors, superconducting qubits, Casimir effect modifications, and gravitational tests. It also offers a reinterpretation of existing experimental anomalies, such as the Muon g−2 and Atomki X17 anomalies, within this novel framework. Furthermore, this work suggests a possible unification of gravity and information dynamics via modified Einstein field equations incorporating Φ(x,t), providing new perspectives on dark matter, dark energy, and black hole thermodynamics. This research reflects a broader commitment to democratizing science through AI-assisted research and interdisciplinary collaboration. It is part of a comprehensive theoretical effort aiming to bridge fundamental physics, quantum mechanics, and information theory.
