MODERN HIGHER EDUCATION: PROBLEMS AND PERSPECTIVES

Abstract This article discusses the issue of incorporating the education system into the European Union’s educational area. A major objective of the system overhaul is building up a professional educational system of the 3rd generation that is supposed to address Kazakhstan’s modernization problem. A new humanistic paradigm is provided in the description because the teacher has a consistent attitude towards the student as an individual, as well as a responsible, self-relying member of the educational system, and, at the same time, a backgrounded person. The most important and common issues of the given educational system may outline the boundaries of education progress.
