Report on the pilot execution of Talent Management Centres
This report presents the findings and outcomes of the Talent Management Centre (TMC) pilot phase under the DocTalent4EU initiative, aimed at enhancing PhD employability through dedicated career development services. The project, funded by the European Union under the Horizon Europe Programme, involved the establishment of TMCs across several partner institutions to support PhD candidates in their career development both within and outside academia.
