Implementation of Intelligent User Interfaces and Their Impact on Software Quality: A Systematic Mapping Study
Intelligent User Interfaces (IUI) have transformed the way humans interact with computers. IUIs promise to optimize the user experience by improving the efficiency, effectiveness and naturalness of human-computer interaction. The development of IUIs motivates innovation in different industries, allowing software to be more accessible in different environments, contexts, and scenarios. The article presents a systematic literature mapping study to identify research gaps in IUI development. In addition, gaps not covered by academia or industry are presented.
