A Critical Analysis in Understanding the Factors Influencing Implementation of AI in Enhancing Employee Productivity

Artificial intelligence (AI) has become a transformative force in contemporary businesses because it has the potential to boost employee productivity via automation, data-informed decision-making, and process optimisation. Organisational culture, the level of devotion shown by leadership, and the degree to which it is connected with existing processes are some of the many elements that impact how well artificial intelligence is used in businesses. The purpose of this research is to analyse in depth how these variables influence the adoption of AI and how employees' production may be affected as a result. Based on the results, it is clear if these components contribute to or impede the use of artificial intelligence for the purpose of increasing output. This paper contributes to the ongoing discussion on the change of workplaces brought about by artificial intelligence (AI) and provides firms with recommendations on how to optimise the deployment of AI in order to increase employee performance.
