Disinformation-Induced Neurodegeneration (NDD)_an empirical Analysis
Disinformation-Induced Neurodegeneration (NDD): An Empirical Analysis This study examines the neurological impact of prolonged exposure to disinformation, focusing on its effects on white matter connectivity and synaptic plasticity in the arcuate fasciculus . Using Diffusion Tensor Imaging (DTI) and a dose-dependent model, the research demonstrates a significant reduction in Fractional Anisotropy (FA) among subjects exposed to fake news for extended periods. The findings confirm a measurable correlation between disinformation exposure and cognitive decline , supported by data from the UK Biobank and OpenNeuro . This work is scientifically rigorous, falsifiable, and ethically compliant, providing a novel perspective on the neurological consequences of digital misinformation.
