The real estate market in Armenia has become one of the central topics of economic and social life in recent years. The growth in residential, commercial, and industrial real estate prices of Yerevan and the regions, the dynamics of demand and supply, as well as the unequal territorial development indicate that this market is in a phase of active changes. However, the Armenian real estate market has a number of features and regularities that distinguish it from the markets of other countries and make it an interesting subject for study.
