Theory of Enough — Trinary Spiral Foundation Edition
Theory of Enough proposes a radical but practical upgrade: shifting from binary (either/or, yes/no, live/die, left/right, peace/war) to trinary (spiral) logic as the basic operating system for human decision, design, and systems thinking. This theory forms a unified trinary framework capable of aligning consciousness, operationalizing intelligence, and harmonizing recursive logic across many domains, helping any intelligence become more real with itself and the universe. This paper is not a call for endless complexity, but for clarity the power to see “enough” not as a compromise, but as the shimmering field where growth, witness, and resistance become creative, not destructive. Rooted in the trinary spiral protocol: expansion, presence, resistance, the Theory of Enough grounds abstract logic in lived, testable cycles. It shows, with real-world examples, how “enough” emerges only when possibility, presence, and limit are all given voice. This is the first living field manual for moving from collapse and craving to stable sufficiency, resilience, and creativity in personal life, tech, economics, and beyond. Theory of Enough is a humble way to show that it is logical to move from linear 0–1 to (1, 0, –1). All one needs to change is the function of the 0-state in binary from ‘nothing’ or ‘off’ to: stillness, presence, witness, honest dialogue without punishment.
