On the Somatic Timing of Transformation: A Phenomenology of Unlearning through Love
This text reflects on the role of gentle somatic release in the context of deep systemic transformation. Contrary to the popular narrative of sudden insight or cathartic rupture, it proposes that lasting change occurs when control softens and the field allows for reprogramming through safety, love, and non-resistance. The lived experience outlined here challenges dominant models of trauma recovery and presents a phenomenology of soft thresholds, offering value for somatic practitioners, trauma researchers, and those working at the interface of neuroplasticity and psychosocial environments.
