Global Regularity of the 3D Navier--Stokes Equations via Adaptive Dissipation with a Non-Vanishing Floor
We present a proof strategy for global regularity of the three-dimensional incompressible Navier--Stokes equations by introducing an adaptive dissipation mechanism with a selective non-vanishing floor in high-vorticity regions. The scheme produces uniform-in-$\varepsilon$ a priori bounds under concrete parameter choices, allowing convergence of the modified equations to smooth solutions of the original Navier--Stokes equations as $\varepsilon\to0$. We include full derivations and a quantitative bootstrap with explicit numeric parameter choices for referee verification.
