THE SYNERGY OF TECHNOLOGY, ORGANIZATION, AND VALUE: A MECHANISM-BASED FRAMEWORK FOR ML-ENABLED MANUFACTURING TRANSFORMATION
The digital transformation of the manufacturing industry requires an integrated theoretical framework to guide the coordinated evolution of technology empowerment, organizational change, and value creation. This study applies technology adoption theory, resource orchestration theory, and complex adaptive system theory to construct a "technology-organization-value" ternary synergy model, aiming to achieve three research objectives: (1) clarify the mechanism of technology reconstruction, (2) analyze the path of value synergy creation, and (3) build an organizational change support system. This framework breaks through the limitations of traditional technological determinism and includes three core dimensions: technology empowerment, value creation, and organizational change. By offering theoretical insights and strategic guidance for industrial upgrading, the model can inform empirical research and assist policymakers in aligning vocational training with digital infrastructure development. Future research can further explore how machine learning (ML) can be applied across different manufacturing contexts to address challenges such as technology integration and talent shortages, ultimately enabling intelligent upgrading and high-quality industrial growth.
