NONSURGICAL PAPILLA RECONSTRUCTION USING INJECTABLE PLATELET RICH FIBRIN
Background: Loss of interdental papilla, especially in the aesthetic maxillary anterior region, poses functional, phonetic, and aesthetic concerns. Injectable Platelet-Rich Fibrin (i-PRF), a second-generation autologous biomaterial, has shown potential in enhancing soft tissue regeneration. Aims: To clinically evaluate the efficacy of i-PRF in reconstructing interdental papillae using a minimally invasive technique. Settings and Design: A prospective clinical investigation was conducted on patients reporting to the Department of Periodontology.
