This article examines the issues of social justice and equality in Uzbekistan's mandatory health insurance system. Using official statistics (Ministry of Health, State Statistics Committee), reports from international organizations (WHO, World Bank) and academic sources, the study analyzes urban-rural disparities, income based inequalities and gender gaps. Proposed solutions include targeted subsidies for rural areas, telemedicine implementation, gender equality mechanisms and monitoring system improvements. The paper offers practical recommendations for policymakers, researchers and healthcare professionals workin on insurance system reforms.
