Part 7: Dark Matter and Dark Energy from the Perspective of the Higher-Dimensional Information Field – A Novel Hypothesis within the Entropy-Induced Collapse (EIC) Framework
This paper, “Part 7: Dark Matter and Dark Energy from the Perspective of the Higher-Dimensional Information Field – A Novel Hypothesis within the Entropy-Induced Collapse (EIC) Framework,” proposes an innovative and unified theoretical framework that simultaneously addresses two of cosmology’s greatest unresolved phenomena: dark matter and dark energy. Building upon the previously established Entropy-Induced Collapse (EIC) model, we introduce a concept of a higher-dimensional information field, activated by entropy gradients across various scales of the universe. This activation mechanism predicts the formation of localized, gravitationally interactive condensations—analogous to dark matter—as well as a global, homogeneous energy component that explains the observed accelerated expansion of the cosmos—analogous to dark energy. The manuscript provides rigorous derivations of the theory’s fundamental equations, including the Lagrangian density, Euler–Lagrange equations, and energy–momentum tensor, which are systematically integrated into modified Einstein field equations. Crucially, this paper also presents clear, experimentally testable predictions, along with concrete proposals employing state-of-the-art laboratory instruments (MEMS gravimeters, superconducting qubits) and future astronomical observations (LiteBIRD, Euclid, LSST). We explicitly emphasize that the research outlined here is committed strictly to peaceful and constructive applications, aimed at advancing humanity’s understanding of fundamental physics and cosmology, while potentially paving the way toward novel technologies beneficial for society. This work invites further scientific scrutiny and collaboration to refine, experimentally verify, and extend this promising theoretical framework.
