D4.4. Final report on the project exploitation initiatives and related impacts on innovation, including dissemination and communication activities

This document is a deliverable of the Co-UDlabs project, funded under the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No 101008626. Deliverable 4.4 is the final report of all communication, dissemination and exploitation activities that have been achieved since the beginning of the project (Month 1) and until Month 48, as part of Work Package (WP) 4 and in alignment with the Plan for Dissemination and Exploitation of Results (PEDR). This report provides a detailed and exhaustive list of all communication and dissemination activities performed since the beginning of the project in the framework of WP4 to ensure the maximum, long-lasting impact of Co-UDlabs. It includes also the evaluation of the Key Performance Indicators set for these actions, and a description of the work performed under the exploitation task, including the identification of a list of Key Exploitable Results (KERs) and their related exploitation strategies. In summary, the project has reached a very satisfactory level of visibility among a variety of stakeholders of the urban drainage sector: researchers, industrials, students, policymakers, citizens. The communication and dissemination activities during the project lifetime have been really satisfying, overstepping in some cases the project expectations, as demonstrated by the KPIs identified and monitored by the project (see Annex 4 for details). Project partners have been very active, in particular in the final months of the project, dedicating their efforts in organizing the final trainings of the project and the final Infoday, and in preparing several dissemination materials, such as scientific publications, deliverables, a final media press kit, a final press release and a series of policy briefs. All project partners have been actively involved in the dissemination of the project results by providing content and promoting the project through their website and contact networks.
