A Review Explains How AI Generates New Ideas, Solves Problems, and Enhances Agile Project Management

Abstract: Agile Project Management (APM) is crucial for delivering flexible, efficient, and iterative solutions. In contrast, traditional project management methods can often be unproductive due to inadequate planning, poor resource allocation, and delayed risk identification. Artificial Intelligence (AI) can significantly enhance innovation by addressing these challenges and expanding Agile practices. It can automate routine tasks, support decision-making, and improve team communication. Furthermore, AI helps reduce bias, increase scalability, and enhance adaptability. Overall, AI-based APM offers superior accuracy, adaptability, and transparency compared to conventional APM. However, challenges such as privacy concerns and organizational resistance need to be addressed.
