The Key to Successful, Sustainable Innovation is People (?) / What Are We Better at Than AI?

This article explores the human role in innovation in the age of artificial intelligence. While AI can support many stages of the innovation process through data analysis, automation, and pattern recognition, the authors argue that human intuition, creativity, and decision-making are irreplaceable. The study presents an expanded innovation framework integrating project and change management and proposes a co-creation model where human and AI capabilities complement each other.
