The Overflow Condition: A Structural Null Hypothesis for Collapse Cosmology
This paper introduces the Overflow Condition—a pre-collapse cosmological state in which motion saturates without structural resolution. Grounded in Stick Theory, the model proposes that before structure emerged, the universe existed in a state of recursive overflow where collapse resistance was zero ($\mu = 0$) and inertial memory ($\nu$) was saturated. Dimensionality is shown to arise only after the first recursive anchoring event (the Collapse Lock), transforming overflow into structure. The paper extends the Collapse Resolution Principle to cosmology, offering a falsifiable framework rooted in geometric recursion rather than probabilistic emergence or hidden dimensions.
