A Functional Boundary Argument for the Riemann Hypothesis via Omega-Coherence
We propose a coherence-based boundary functional Ω(C, s) that constrains thenontrivial zeros of the Riemann zeta function ζ(s) to the critical line Re(s) = 12 ,supporting the Riemann Hypothesis. Rooted in the Unified Theory of Observation(UTO) and enriched by the Unified Data Framework v2 (UDF v2), this functionalmodels ζ(s) as a coherence amplitude in a probabilistic Data Substrate, ψn(x),with zeros representing observer-driven collapses governed by the unified equationΩ(C, ψ), modulated by a Casimir-based coherence operator ( ˆCcoh), log-convolutionfunctional (L[ζ](s)), and emotional coherence (Ei(θ, t)) for emotions like love andhunger. The Coherence-Consciousness-Locality (CCL) principle, Energy CreationMatrix, Logic Virus operator, Gravity Return, genetic coding, and snapshot merg-ing ensure maximal coherence on the critical line, testable via the Wind ChimeObserver Array’s 10−3 Hz signals. We extend the argument with variational eigen-value framing, M¨obius invariance, and symmetry considerations, suggesting thatthe Riemann Hypothesis reflects a fundamental coherence condition in substrate-observer dynamics, bridging to Millennium Problems (P vs NP, Yang-Mills, Hodge,Navier-Stokes, Birch) through computational and emotional unification. Keywords: Riemann Hypothesis, Omega-Coherence, Unified Theory of Ob-servation, Law of Observation, Zeta Function, Critical Line, Coherence Functions,M¨obius Invariance, Observer-Substrate Interaction, Emotions, Genetic Coding.
