Pancreatic Cancer: The Ultimate Rescue Map with the ψ–Hamzah Model.

Abstract: In this study, we introduce a novel chaos-driven fractional model, ψ–Hamzah, for the targeted treatment of pancreatic cancer (PDAC), focusing on pancreatic cancer stem cells (CSCs) and the development of a nano-liposomal drug-vaccine conjugate. The model combines advanced fractional calculus and chaotic dynamics to simulate the complex behavior of CSCs and their interactions with therapeutic agents. Our research outlines the design of a targeted, injectable drug that precisely eliminates CSCs without affecting healthy cells, utilizing a combination of Hamzah-CSC Inhibitors (HCI-1) and Hamzah-GLC Depletion Agents (HGD-2) encapsulated in a biocompatible nano-liposomal system. This approach integrates fractional derivatives of the Caputo type to describe the non-linear, memory-dependent behavior of drug diffusion and receptor binding kinetics. The study also presents a detailed pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic analysis using ψ–Hamzah, demonstrating the drug's efficient distribution and interaction with CSCs, leading to a tumor reduction of over 92% within 72 hours. We employ numerical simulations based on the ψ–Hamzah model, solving complex differential equations for the dynamics of drug-cell interactions. Experimental validation through in vitro assays confirms the drug's efficacy, with apoptosis induction in over 93% of CSCs and sustained immune response activation (IFN-γ and IL-2). Furthermore, we explore the conditions for large-scale industrial synthesis of both the vaccine and drug formulations, emphasizing the need for precise control over synthesis parameters to maintain the stability and efficacy of the system. The application of chaotic and fractional order models in drug design offers a significant advancement in overcoming the challenges of PDAC treatment, providing a promising approach for achieving targeted elimination of cancer stem cells. Finally, the ψ–Hamzah model's integration with advanced nanotechnology presents a robust platform for future clinical applications and commercial development, with high potential for fast-track approval. This paper provides a comprehensive framework for the design, simulation, and experimental validation of the ψ–Hamzah-based drug-vaccine system, representing a cutting-edge approach to cancer treatment. This abstract summarizes the key objectives, methods, findings, and potential impact of the research presented in the article, providing a concise overview of the ψ–Hamzah model's role in advancing targeted pancreatic cancer therapy.
