ISSUES OF IDENTIFYING AND INVESTIGATING CRIMINAL CASES RELATED TO THE MISAPPROPRIATION OF BUDGET FUNDS IN CONSTRUCTION

This scientific work addresses the issues of identifying and investigating criminal cases related to the misappropriation of budget funds in the construction sector. Misuse or embezzlement of budget funds in construction can lead to the inefficient utilization of the state's economic resources. Such crimes are often observed in large construction projects due to their substantial financial and resource demands. The study examines the legal and technical methods used to detect and investigate crimes involving the misappropriation of budget funds, as well as proposals for preventing such offenses. Based on the findings, the necessity of developing effective investigative methods to address problems arising in this field is emphasized.
