ShiNyP: Unlocking SNP-Based Population Genetics—AI-Assisted Platform for Rapid and Interactive Visual Exploration
ShiNyP is a platform designed for real-time processing, analysis, and visualization of genome-wide SNP datasets. For more information, please refer to our ShiNyP User Guide. The following outputs from ShiNyP are provided as three ZIP folders, containing both raw and processed datasets used in our study: Case Study Dataset (Wild Rice).zip Based on 446 samples and 221K SNPs. Data sourced from: Oryza Genome Database. GitHub file: README-Case Study Dataset (Wild Rice).md Case Study Dataset (HGDP).zip Based on 929 samples and 87K SNPs. Data sourced from: PLINK Resources. GitHub file: README-Case Study Dataset (HGDP).md Demo Dataset (Wildrice_13k_446).zip Based on a subset dataset with 446 samples and 13K core SNPs. Data sourced from: Oryza Genome Database.
