Versioned Archive and Review of Biotic Interactions and Taxon Names Found within globalbioticinteractions/padil-bee hash://md5/97be2459c1ab8ea87e30e238a218cd11

Life on Earth is sustained by complex interactions between organisms and their environment. These biotic interactions can be captured in datasets and published digitally. We present a review and archiving process for such an openly accessible digital interactions dataset of known origin and discuss its outcome. The dataset under review, named globalbioticinteractions/padil-bee, has fingerprint hash://md5/97be2459c1ab8ea87e30e238a218cd11, is 6.25MiB in size and contains 28,519 interaction with 1 unique type of association (e.g., hasHost) between 717 primary taxa (e.g., Leioproctus) and 1,613 associated taxon (e.g., Myrtaceae Eucalyptus). This report includes detailed summaries of interaction data, a taxonomic review from multiple catalogs, and an archived version of the dataset from which the reviews are derived.
