Quantum codes obtained through Constacyclic codes over Finite Ring
Quantum error correction exhibits a major role in quantum computing for correcingt any errors in quantum data arising due to decoherence and other quantum noise. At first the existence of quantum error correction code was proven by Shor [13] and later developed individually by Steane [4]. In 1998, Calderbank et. al [1] published a paper in which they developed the theory to construct quantum codes using classical error correction codes.
