Documenting Student Outputs in Academia: A Systematic Review of Published Researches of Student Led Papers during 2024
Student research plays an important role in academic development, yet its impact often remains underutilized beyond submission. Highlighting the value of student publications reveals opportunities to turn research efforts into actionable insights that support institutional growth and innovation. Articles were carefully chosen and reviewed using a structured process that followed clear criteria and multiple stages of analysis. Examining common themes and comparing their academic contributions allowed for a deeper understanding of student-led publications. The study found that student-led research effectively explores real-life academic and personal issues, reflecting the diverse experiences of learners across different contexts. Students provided meaningful insights that contribute to institutional understanding and reform through topics such as mental health, spirituality, academic pressure, and inclusive learning. These findings confirm the importance of supporting student research in creating responsive and inclusive educational environments.
